My Birth Doula Package Includes:

Prenatal Support

• 1 free no-obligation consultation where we can get to know each other and I can answer any questions you may have.
• 2 Prenatal visits during which we can discuss any fears and concerns, go over your options and birth plan as well as practice comfort measures. 
• 24 hour availability via phone, text, and email from the time of hire until 6 weeks postpartum. 

Birth Support

• Continuous labor support from whenever you call until you are settled after the birth. (1-3 hours postpartum)
• I will have a backup doula available for the rare case that I am not able to attend your birth due to emergency, sickness, or travel. 

Postpartum Support

• Basic breastfeeding help if needed.
• 1 Postpartum visit to go over your birth experience and make sure you have all the support you need for this new stage in your lives.
